86IT! is a locally owned junk removal company serving Loveland and Northern Colorado. Founded by lifelong friends Michael Stofko and Roman Martinez, the business grew out of a shared decision to build something of their own. Michael brought 20 years of sales and management experience. Roman came from a career in law enforcement. Together they built something their whole family is part of. Michael's wife Elizabeth handles accounting and administration, and their kids pitch in when needed.
From single item pickups to full property cleanouts, we handle jobs of every size. Furniture, appliances, yard waste, estate cleanouts, construction debris. If you need it gone, we can take it.

Michael handles commercial sales and works directly with realtors, property managers, and B2B clients. He is also the first point of contact for residential junk removal inquiries.
Roman Martinez
Owner and Director of Operations
Roman manages day to day field operations and oversees disposal and recycling logistics. He makes sure every job gets done right and on schedule.
